It is widely used in anti-corrosion products to rescue rapid sterilization, and is also professionally used in factory pipeline sanitation and sterilization cleaning of storage tanks. Prevent the formation of microbial mucosa in pipeline elbows, valves, dead corners of storage tanks and their ancillary equipment.

When added to the system, the Tiansland LD24 quickly acts on planktonic microorganisms and quickly sterilizes it; it can also quickly penetrate the metal surface and act on smaller microbial communities to rapidly disaggregate and prevent the formation of biofilms. For a system that has formed a biofilm, its active component does not react with the slime layer in the biofilm, but quickly penetrates deeper into the biofilm, acting on the microbial community at the junction of the biofilm and the metal surface, destroying it Sticky, causing the biofilm to fall off.
After completing the sterilization, Tiansland LD24 can be quickly degraded into carbon dioxide, ammonia and bromine salts, which will not cause the accumulation of harmful ions in the water body, has no impact on the environment, and makes the discharge unlimited.

Sterilization mechanism
The active molecule of Temporal tiansland LD24 can quickly penetrate the cell membrane and act on protein groups to stop the normal redox of the cell. Its branch can also selectively brominate or oxidize the special enzyme metabolites of microorganisms, leading to cell death.

Tiansland LD24 can be used for circulating cleaning or DC cleaning. Add Tiansland LD24 directly to the pre-cleaned piping system and storage tank, circulate for 10 minutes to allow it to mix thoroughly, then soak for 15-20 minutes, recycle for 10 minutes to discharge. The temperature is controlled below 25 ° C. Finally, rinse with common alkaline surfactants and remove any remaining organic matter.
Precautions
Tiansland LD24 will be inactivated by sodium bisulfite. Before putting the system back into service, the operator must ensure that there are no residues of cleaning agent in the pipeline. For this purpose, the system should be flushed thoroughly.
