The silver-ion antibacterial PP master batch AgP25 is a kind of inorganic antibacterial master batch, which is prepared by twin-screw extrusion of silver-ion antibacterial powder as the active antibacterial component and high-quality PP as the binder. It is used to control the growth of microorganisms in PP products and suppress odors. Since only a small amount is added, the physical and chemical properties of these products essentially remain unchanged, and can meet the customer requirements for injection molding and film blowing.
According to the authoritative test results, the antibacterial PP products have the advantages of good antibacterial properties and safety.

Instructions for Use
The recommended amount of antibacterial PP master batch is 3% to 5%. The specific amount can be adjusted as needed. Refer to the processing conditions of substrate PP plastics.
